Here’s what I am doing to stay fit:

9/17-9/23
Monday- Boot Camp Strength Class
Tuesday- 4 mile run (1 at 6:45 pace), 20 min WOD
Wednesday- Boot Camp Strength Class
Thursday- Spin Class
Friday- Personal Strength Training Session
Saturday- Off
Sunday- 2 mile run, 15 mins of elliptical, 15 mins weights/abs

9/24-9/30
Monday- Pilates Reformer class
Tuesday-
Wednesday-
Thursday-
Friday-
Saturday-
Sunday-
